Terms and Conditions of Sale

Wellora — Online store specializing in connected skincare devices (skin care tech), operated from Tahiti, French Polynesia.

1. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the contractual relationship between Wellora and any person making a purchase on the site (hereinafter "the Customer"). Any order placed on the site implies full and unreserved acceptance of these GTC.

2. Products

Wellora offers for sale skincare devices and beauty-tech accessories. The photographs and descriptions of the products are as accurate as possible but cannot guarantee a perfect similarity with the product, particularly concerning colors.

3. Prices

Prices are indicated in US dollars (USD), all taxes included, excluding delivery costs. Wellora reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood that the price displayed at the time of the order will be the only one applicable to the Customer.

4. Order

The Customer selects the products they wish to order, proceeds to payment via the methods offered on the site. An order confirmation is sent by email after payment validation.

5. Shipping and delivery times

Wellora operates on a dropshipping model: products are shipped directly from our partner warehouses. Consequently:

  • Order processing time is 1 to 3 business days
  • Estimated delivery time is 7 to 20 business days depending on the destination, once the order has been shipped
  • A tracking number is communicated to the Customer upon shipment of the package
  • These times are indicative and may vary depending on local customs and destination

6. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with applicable regulations, the Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to give any reason. See our Return and Refund Policy for full details.

7. Warranty

Products sold by Wellora benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity. Any defective product upon receipt must be reported within 48 hours with supporting photos.

8. Responsibility

Wellora cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from improper use of the products sold. Electronic devices must be used according to the instructions provided.
